Please note due to a variety of monitor settings colours may vary slightly, this is due to photographic lighting and brightness/ tone on different monitors,  We can not guarantee the exact colour matches the image. How ever we make every effort to make colours on the screen as close as possible to the actual product.

Return postage is paid by the buyer. We recommend recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.

SALE items are non refundable

Payment Plans

A  5 week payment plan is available subject to criteria.

All our dresses are very competitively priced with some as low as £19.99. However  we appreciate that such occasions can be expensive and incur extra costs etc. In order to help with this, we do offer a weekly payment plan.  A £5 per item deposit is taken and then further payments taken over a 5 week period.

This works best  if you are buying more than one dress for a wedding, Christmas presents etc. and if you are unable to pay in one lump sum .

Please note:

Deposits for payment plans are non refundable. Missed payments without reason or notice cease the payment plan and full payment is then required. Collection is only after full  and final payment, with no exception.

Payments for our payment plans are payable by card only.

We accept all major debit cards including Paypal

 Pre ordering

When pre-ordering a dress in a size or colour that we do not have off the rail, please allow plenty of time for delivery before the special day. Items can get mislaid or lost from our suppliers and we want to avoid any disappointment. Such instances are rare, however, this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or distress caused.
